location was great, right off I-95 and in a good area. Breakfast area was clean and full of nice choices from 6am as promised. Room was spotless, beds and pillows very comfortable. At check-in, the ladies were pleasant, and we received a goodie bag with popcorn and waters which was very appreciated after a long day on the road. Thank you!

It smelled clean as soon as you walked in. Beautifully laid out lobby. 24 hour coffee and tea and a charging station. Rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. The breakfast that was included had many choices and was refilled continuously. Staff was very friendly. When we walked in the kids were giving drawing tablets and we were given two bottles of water and a bag of popcorn in a welcome bag.

We picked this hotel on our trip back to Florida. What a wonderful place. It was clean and well organized. We were given a gift bag with bottled water and popcorn at check in, which was unexpected, but awesome. The beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure and breakfast included everything we needed to start the day.

This trip was our first experience with Tru hotels. We stayed at 3 during our trip. The mattresses were so comfortable that we ordered a king sized one for our own bedroom. At this location, and the other locations, the room layout was spacious and lacking in clutter. Rooms have numerous USB ports for electronics. The baths, ours were handicapped accessible, are well designed and have plentiful grab bars. The breakfast bar is excellent. Common areas are nicely appointed with games for all ages to enjoy. We have recommended Tru to friends.

Staff was extremely helpful with our stay, after booking.com failed to do their job and confirm the reservation we paid to booking.com online. We arrived at the hotel and an hour and 10 minutes had gone by and the hotel had still not received communication from booking .com. We had just been driving 10 hours and were very tired. We finally paid for our stay directly to the hotel and decided to try to work out the issue we were having with booking.com the next morning. Many conversations back and forth and booking .com is adamant that they confirmed our reservation even though the manager at the hotel kept checking for communication from booking.com and It has been 2 days and I still never received that confirmation email from booking.com. After complaining and telling booking.com I was going to write a review explaining our situation, they offered us a $25 refund. I will never use booking.com again. I will only book reservations directly with the hotels.

It was beautiful. Looked newly renovated. Room was very spacious & clean. Liked the fact of no carpeting in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Keep that in the program. Thank You & also the staff was very friendly & helpful. Thank you again!

Loved the staff! The front desk, no matter who was there, was amazing! Genuine smiles. Helpful. Kind. Happy. Joyous. Things you don’t see everyday, everywhere. They made me feel seen and heard as a customer. I will be back. I appreciate you all! The hotel was clean and inviting.

The front desk staff was very busy always cleaning up the lobby and manning the store. I could tell they work really hard to keep the hotel nice and people feeling at home during their stay. Everything about the room was pristine and more so than any other hotel we have stayed at during our roadtrip.

Friendly and efficient staff. Really good breakfast with a lot of different options. Comfortable beds and absolutely the best water pressure in the shower! I would definitely stay here again.
